Sales Manager
AAA Windows, Siding & Roofing is currently seeking a Sales Manager. Unlimited earning potential, no cold-calling and pre-set, confirmed leads. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance to meet pre-determined company sales goals. The candidate will have the ability to excel in a structured environment with a proven selling system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruit, hire, train, motivate, coach, mentor, lead and retain a team of in-home sales consultants. Ensure that they are following the procedures and guidelines outlined by the company. Participate in field rides with sales consultants to assess performance. Requires travel within a 75 mile radius of Lincoln, no overnight travel. Must pass Background Check. Prior in-home sales or home improvement experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Passion to drive performance. Must possess a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable vehicle and carry required insurance.
